TaskHutch for customer support

Keep your support queue in order

Support drowns when everything is urgent, and everything becomes urgent when anybody can decide their own ticket is a priority. TaskHutch puts one of five importance levels on every task, from Critical down to Trivial, and because those levels are fixed and mean the same thing to everyone, the queue ends up sorting itself out.

Prioritise tasks by importance

Critical means production is down or data is at risk; Trivial means it's cosmetic and nobody is stuck. Nobody can invent a new level or quietly promote their own ticket, so the order you're looking at is one the whole team can trust.

See blocked tasks and why they're stuck

When a refund is sitting with the bank, the task goes to Blocked with the reason written on the card. Red never turns up on its own in TaskHutch — it always comes with a word — so you can tell what's stuck and why without opening anything.

Keep policies and replies in docs

The refund policy, the escalation steps, the way you word it when it has gone wrong: put them in docs and everyone answering leans on the same thing, instead of half-remembering what somebody said in a meeting in March.

Start on what’s overdue

The dashboard opens on anything past its date, then the next three days, then whatever’s blocked. It’s your queue rather than everybody’s, which is why it’s short enough to read before the first call of the day.

The follow-ups that come round again

The weekly review of open cases, the monthly refund reconciliation, the quarterly check-in with the big accounts. Set the rule and the task arrives on the day, so the routine survives a busy week.

Find what you said last time

⌘K searches every task, doc, note and file you’re allowed to see. When the same question comes round for the fourth time, the answer you wrote in March is one search away — and the doc it lives in is the one you send.

Try an escalation task

Here is an escalation the way TaskHutch holds it — the steps in order, ticked off as they happen, so whoever picks it up next can see exactly where it got to.
