TaskHutch for marketing

Run every campaign from one board

A campaign is really a handful of tasks with real deadlines and one shared idea of what finished looks like. TaskHutch gives you the board for doing it, the calendar for the dates and docs for the brief, and none of it needs setting up before the first idea goes in.

See every deadline on a calendar

Every task with a date on it shows up on the calendar, and anything due today is marked in amber while there's still time to do something about it. That's a good deal better than finding out on Monday morning in front of everyone.

Keep the brief in a doc, linked to the task

Write the brief as a doc, link it from the task, and stop explaining it again every time somebody new joins in. It'll still be there and still searchable next quarter, when you want to remember what you actually agreed to.

Attach photos and files to the task

Photos, copy and the final exports attach to the task itself. Images preview as thumbnails, so it's obvious which version is the current one without opening three files to check.

The monthly jobs make themselves

The newsletter, the reporting, the social calendar review. Put a repeat rule on the task — first Monday of the month, every second Tuesday, the last day of the quarter — and it appears when it should, with the checklist ready to work through.

Somewhere for the half-formed ideas

Campaign ideas rarely arrive as a task with a due date. Notes are a wall of squares for the ones that aren’t ready yet, private until you share them, and one menu item away from becoming a task or a brief when they are.

Every asset, findable later

Photos, decks, the signed contract with the agency — attach them to the task and they also land on the Files page, where you can search by name or narrow by type, who uploaded it, or what it belongs to. No more digging through email for the final-final version.

Try a launch-day checklist

Launch days are lists, so here is one. Tick a few things off and watch the count and the bar keep up — this is exactly how it behaves in the product.
