TaskHutch for sales
Track every deal and follow-up
Deals are lost to silence far more often than they are lost to a no. In TaskHutch every deal is a card with a next step and a date on it, and when it's won, a template turns the handover into a checklist rather than a hope that somebody remembers what was promised.
Put a date on every follow-up
"Call them Thursday" becomes a task with Thursday on it, which then turns up on the calendar and in the morning email. Rather more reliable than a note on the back of your hand or a reminder you swipe away at eight in the morning.
Attach quotes and contracts to the deal
Quotes, contracts and the signed PDF attach to the deal itself, so when somebody covers for you on Tuesday they can find everything without ringing you on your day off.
Hand over won deals with a template
The moment it's won, "New from template" builds the whole onboarding checklist under the customer's name and hands it to whoever is doing it. The momentum survives the handover, which is usually the point where it goes missing.
Write it down before you forget it
Straight after a call, put what was said on a note — three lines, no fields. It’s private until you share it, and when it turns out to matter, one menu item makes it a task on the deal or a doc the whole team can read.
Check-ins that come back on their own
The monthly call with the accounts you’ve won, the quarterly review, the renewal a year out. Set the repeat and the task is waiting on the day, with the checklist you use every time already in it.
See the week you’re actually having
The dashboard leads with anything overdue and then the next three days, so the follow-up you promised on Tuesday doesn’t quietly become next month. There’s a box at the top to type the next one straight in.
Try a customer onboarding
This is the bit straight after "yes". Tick the steps off and the count and the progress bar move, just as they do in the product.
